How we help

No matter whether you have a single air conditioning unit or a whole system, we pride ourselves in offering you the same levels of service. That’s because here at ADT Energy, we recognises the critical importance of maintaining air conditioning systems to an excellent working order.

Our PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) is a scheduled work plan carried out by fully qualified and experienced engineers, with the aim of keeping your equipment working efficiently, cleanly and reliably. This will help you:

  • Maximise your energy savings
  • Stay F-GAS compliant
  • Reduce the threat of breakdown
  • Provide maximum comfort
  • Keep occupants healthy

Maintenance plans tailored to your business

As each project is different, we understand that your maintenance requirements will be different too. That’s why, just like the rest of our services, the maintenance package that we offer you will be bespoke to your business, based your usage and requirements.

Round the clock emergency response

With an ADT Energy maintenance plan you also get complete peace of mind. That’s because, in the event of a breakdown, we offer 24/7 emergency response 365 days a year.

So we’re always on-hand deal with all temperature related disasters that threaten costly disruption to your business. We will visit your location, assess your critical cooling requirements and agree a bespoke solution in the event of shutdown or sudden unexpected change in temperature.

In the event of a failure of your existing heating or cooling systems, we also offer temporary cooling and heating solutions to ensure your building’s comfort is maintained, and to avoid costly downtime.
